Coaching.

Bruno Ford offers 1:1 coaching to executives, senior leaders and high-potential people-managers. Engagements are based on an individual's needs, relative to business goals. Included is a preliminary Observations + Recommendations brief and follow-up interviews about outcomes with the appropriate stakeholders. Bruno Ford is regarded for customized leadership development. We believe leadership training on its own does not recognize individual needs or yield the long-term results clients want.

Coaching

Executive Coach and Facilitator Kali Mincy works 1:1 with executive leaders and high-potential and high-performing middle managers to strengthen interpersonal and technical skills, and learn and execute individualized strategies that can benefit them, their teams, and organizations.

The role of today’s leaders and managers has expanded far beyond strategy and operations. They are now being called to serve as change agents and allies in the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion + Belonging (DEIB) movement. Leaders need to bring a clear vision, broad world perspective and sense of collective responsibility to the problems they are helping to solve through the products, services and experiences they deliver. Using basic DEIB principles and tools is the first step to strengthening relationships with colleagues and positively influencing strategy, decision-making and client engagement.

Training — combined with coaching and facilitation — is part of Bruno Ford's comprehensive leadership development experience. Through training, leaders and managers learn how to foster inclusive cultures to make their organization missions and visions possible. As a Certified Corporate Trainer, Kali Mincy uses basic DEIB principles and change leadership tools to help clients strengthen connection with diverse talent and positively influence strategy, decision-making and people engagement.

In partnership with chief administrators and educators, Kali helped us create and expand education leadership networks, an ongoing leadership program, and an annual professional development series. She was instrumental in finding specialized talent for these programs and provided actionable models and strategies to support their development.

About Kali Mincy

For 20 years, Kali has been a trusted coach and facilitator to Fortune 500 companies, international development agencies, nonprofits and higher-education institutions. Specializing in leadership development, team alignment, and organization culture and healing, she has been a partner to The Estée Lauder Companies, Arconic, KPMG, TIAA, Givaudan, the Support Center for Nonprofit Management, NYC Dept. of Education, the Ministry of Education in Panama, the Workers Commission of Madrid in Spain and The Rhizome Center for Migrants in Mexico. As a coach, Kali has worked with C-suite executives, senior leaders and high-potential talent across industries including engineering, technology, manufacturing, marketing, healthcare, education, finance and publishing. As a facilitator, she has facilitated strategy meetings, focus groups and resources groups in Europe, Latin America, and North America, and designed programs for board members, leaders and managers.

Kali is a part-time professor of business and management at The New School in New York City. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Psychology at the California Institute for Human Science.
